WOW!!!!! What professionalism! I looked at several auto body shops before choosing B & R Autobody, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. They did a fantastic job with my car! Patrick, the owner, and Diane were both wonderful and explained exactly what I could expect throughout the process. They didn't detect the rear end glass was broken and the bar inside the bumper was also damaged, hence delayed my process for 2 weeks and endless battle with the insurance company once I brought it to other body shops.

A few weeks before my vehicle lease was due to end, my car was involved in an accident when another driver hit mmy car while stopped at a red light. I searched online for a body shop with great reviews and came across B&R Auto Body Works. Choosing them turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. From the very beginning, Dawn and Patrick (the owner) were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They always answered the phone, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and completed the work on time so I could return my leased vehicle before the due date. To make matters worse, although the other driver was at fault, I discovered that they only carried $10,000 in insurance coverage, which wasn't enough to fully cover the repairs. As a result, I had to pay some of the costs myself. Patrick went above and beyond to help me keep those expenses as low as possible. He carefully evaluated the damage, performed additional testing, and was able to save and repair some parts rather than replacing them unnecessarily, which saved me money without compromising the quality of the repair. The workmanship was outstanding, and the customer service was even better. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers the way B&R Auto Body Works does. I highly recommend B&R Auto Body Works to anyone looking for honest, professional, and high-quality collision repair services

Great shop. Owner operated. We had paint and body work done to a gmc denali and a range rover defender. Great work. Fair prices. Excellent communication. I was referred by cory at All Star auto works.

Quick estimate, a day early on the fix, very nice and professional!!! Definitely recommend and will use in the future. Covered everything, explained everything including stuff that saved me money! Actually I can keep going but the 20 she took off the bill in the end just help me out a little sealed the deal. This place is not like the rest of South Florida, they care about their work more than they care about taking every penny out of every customer. Ten start if available.
